These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through the VOWNER website (the “Site”). As used in these Terms and Conditions, “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to VOWNER. By using the Site to purchase products and services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
THESE TERMS INCLUDE A CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER THAT AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS. PLEASE CAREFULLY REVIEW THE APPLICABLE SECTIONS BELOW.
Order Notification and Charges For any issues or support with your order or delivery, please contact our Customer Support team at support@vowner.com.
Our order confirmation to you does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. At any time after receipt of your order, we may accept, decline, or place quantity or other limits on your order for any reason. We will notify you once your order has been confirmed and shipped.
When you place an order, we will authorize your credit card or payment method for the full amount at checkout, including taxes and shipping fees (if applicable). Your payment method will be charged upon order confirmation or shipment.
Pricing & Promotions Advertised pricing, discounts, and promotions are available online only and are subject to change without prior notice. Discounts and promotional codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Sales Tax All merchandise purchases are subject to applicable state and local sales tax based on the shipping destination. Estimated sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Delivery Methods & Shipping The size, weight, and destination of your order determine the shipping method.

Standard Delivery: Smaller to mid-sized items or flat-pack furniture (e.g., wardrobe closets, armoires, vanities) are shipped via standard parcel carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS). Items require self-assembly. In-stock products typically process and ship within 2–4 business days after order confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Freight / Oversized Delivery: For large furniture items, delivery may be handled by specialized freight carriers. You will be provided with tracking information once the item leaves our warehouse. Please ensure an adult (18 years or older) is available to receive and inspect the packages upon delivery.

Assembly Responsibility: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, VOWNER products are flat-packed and require customer assembly. Any damage resulting from improper assembly, alteration, or moving the furniture after drop-off is the customer’s responsibility.
Order Change or Cancellation You may request to change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting support@vowner.com. Once an order has been processed, packaged, or handed over to the carrier, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you wish to cancel after shipment, the order will be subject to our standard Return Policy, and return shipping fees may apply.

30-Day Return Window: We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition, completely disassembled, and securely packed in their original packaging with all parts, hardware, and instructions included.

Return Fees: Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. You MUST contact customer support at support@vowner.com within 3 business days of delivery to report any damaged, defective, or missing items with photos/videos. We will promptly send replacement parts, issue an exchange, or arrange a resolution.

Non-Returnable Items: Clearance sales, final sale items, custom/personalized items, or products damaged due to improper assembly/misuse are non-returnable.
Exchanges & Refunds Returned items will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the purchase price of the item (minus applicable return shipping fees) within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN VOWNER’S LIMITED WARRANTY (IF APPLICABLE), ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. VOWNER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. VOWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM PRODUCT USE OR ASSEMBLY.
Class Action & Jury Trial Waiver YOU AND VOWNER AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU AGREE TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
